Our Founders
Valeria Uranga
She was part of the M&A team at MBA/Salomon Smith Barney in Buenos Aires between 1992 and 1998. She then co-founded Marcuard Asset Management Latin America, an investment advisory for high-net-worth individuals and family offices, later acquired by Switzerland's Banque Morval. In parallel, she developed fundraising projects achieving high-impact goals. She later co-founded V&V Executive, focused on executive leadership and team development in large enterprises, and subsequently V&V Fundraising. She holds AEDROS accreditation in fundraising.
Verónica Berger Collins
She spent more than 10 years in the London financial industry, primarily as Senior Fund Manager for Latin America at Foreign and Colonial Emerging Markets, one of the world's largest investment funds specializing in emerging markets. In Argentina, she co-founded Marcuard Asset Management Latin America, an investment advisory for high-net-worth individuals and family offices, later acquired by Switzerland's Banque Morval. She subsequently co-founded V&V Executive, focused on executive leadership and team development in large enterprises, and later V&V Fundraising. She holds AEDROS accreditation in fundraising.
